Daniel holds a First-Class degree in Business Management and has over a decade of experience working in healthcare, including more than four years within the hormone health industry.

While working for one of the UK’s largest TRT companies, he has spoken with thousands of people experiencing hormone-related symptoms, giving him a strong understanding of the patient journey and the challenges many people face when seeking the right support.

As Director of Operations, Daniel focuses on building systems that place patients at the heart of every decision. His work centres on improving processes, supporting clinical teams, and making sure patients receive clear, compassionate, and well-structured care from the moment they first make contact.

His aim is to help raise standards across TRT and HRT services by creating patient-focused systems that are accessible, efficient, and built around genuine patient needs.
